Problem:  How to create a new message?
Associated Early Care and Education is a 130 year old organization that focuses on care and education of zero to five year olds. Its management team, and Board of Directors, had been struggling with a new message to differentiate it from others in the field for two years. The Main Message session included about 20 Board members plus management. The group created an outstanding message that they all agreed with, within an hour. A major reason that things went so quickly, and well, was that these Board members were very knowledgeable in early care issues of children.
