Problem:   How to get a job?
Stephen had been already been turned down by one partner in a money management firm where he had applied for a job. He contacted me because he thought I might know people at the company and help him, because he really wanted to work for this prestigious company. Normally, this would almost an impossible problem to rectify. However, the solution was to compile a letter using the main message process and identify the key concerns of the management of the firm, and how he, uniquely, addressed them. This resulted in another interview, and, eventually, being offered the job. This is a very dramatic example of the power of the main message process.
