Problem:  How to simply a complicated marketing message
The founder of this German software company, selling in a world-wide market, had a classic messaging problem which was how to improve the effectiveness of his selling material. He had extensive strategic plans, slide presentations etc. but the challenge was how to reduce it to a few words that potential customers could understand. As background, he sold to individuals responsible for shipping goods in containers around the world but who were they by title? The main message process was introduced, via email, and focused on what they were selling, to whom, and the key prospect problems his software addressed. The result was a greatly simplified message that he now uses in his sales activities with great success.
